with Florian Bilbao
This workshop addresses to school teachers who have an interest in dance and also want to implement their pupils a desire for a dance performance and for dancing. In the frame of this workshop, we provide tools to explore movement and to discover the art of dance through practice.
Those who experience the joy of dance and movement with their own bodies can also convey this experience to their students in a comprehensive and convincing way. The focus of the workshop will be on conveying the positive experience.
We will experiment together with time, space and our own bodies, explore several aspects of partner work in different exercises and also develop ideas that enable the construction of a simple choreography.
In the second part of the workshop we will look at the follow-up of a dance performance. How can I – as a teacher accompany my class during a dance performance? How can we talk about dance?
Please dress comfortably.
