In this two-hour workshop, children will experience a new sense of community through playful exercises in space. They will create choreographies through their movements, discover dance for themselves and have fun together.
No dance skills are required, but lots of desire and fun to dance!
At 16:30 there will be a showing of our urban dance workshop for young people in Uferstudio 1. Anyone who wants to come and watch is welcome to do so, admission is free.
The dancer and dance teacher Alessandra Defazio has been working in the PURPLE team since 2015 and supports the framework programme. Since 2016, she is part of the trainer team of the children’s dance company Sasha Waltz & Guests together with Annapaola Leso. She currently works as a dancer with the company Sasha Waltz & Guests, with director Sebastian Hirn and with the Berliner Ensemble.
